BT makes Cloud Work Contact Centre a lead offer for Contact Centre as a Service portfolio

BT (BT-A.L) is expanding its relationship with RingCentral, Inc. (NYSE:RNG) making BT Cloud Work Contact Centre a lead offer for their CCaaS solutions as part of its broader Voice and Collaboration portfolio. Based on the RingCentral® platform, BT Cloud Work Contact Centre brings extensive mobile-first voice, video, online meetings, omnichannel and live report capabilities to businesses across the UK. In addition, BT and RingCentral plan to jointly develop capabilities and technologies that will further integrate with BT’s network.
