Bobbie Grafeld
As RingCentral’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Bobbie Grafeld leads the People & Places function for the company with responsibility for making RingCentral an amazing place to work for global employees. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in a passion for creating a workplace culture where everyone feels connected, that they belong, and are empowered to do their best work. Grafeld leads a team of HR professionals across talent acquisition and development, organization effectiveness, rewards and recognition, people operations, culture and inclusion, and GREW (Global Real Estate and Workplaces).
Her team is responsible for operationalizing key HR programs to create a high performance, innovative culture, supporting RingCentral to expand internationally and achieve our next growth milestone as the leading provider of AI-powered global enterprise cloud communications.
Grafeld’s team ensures that RingCentral continues to foster the most inclusive and productive environment for people to do their best work. Their efforts have been widely recognized with an A+ culture rating and a host of awards including Comparably awards for Culture, Compensation, Diversity, Happiness, Leadership, Perks & Benefits and Women, amongst others.
Grafeld brings 20+ years experience in leading global talent management, talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational development for large multi-billion dollar corporations, including Walmart Labs, eBay, and PayPal. Prior to RingCentral, Grafeld served as Chief People Officer for San Francisco headquartered video game publisher, 2K.
She was recently recognized by Business Insider as one of the top 14 innovative HR leaders driving change within their companies and industries, with a particular focus on compassion, mental health, and DEI. Grafeld holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine University.
